The Sudershan roll forming machine is a custom industrial equipment designed for forming pipes and profiles from various initial pipe shapes and materials. It utilizes a configurable set of rollers and moulds to transform round or other pipes into complex shapes, straightening and shaping them for diverse applications in manufacturing and construction.
The machine works by inserting the initial pipe—such as round, square, or oval—into the entrance where it gradually passes through several stations of rollers. These rollers bend and straighten the pipe to achieve the final desired profile. Each side of the wall frame is constructed with a single piece of Q235 steel plate, ensuring rigidity and durability. The transmission system includes a power distribution box, gearbox, motor, and several stations dedicated to forming the final shape and straightening the output.
One mould roller can be designed to combine several forms, allowing users to switch between product profiles without changing the moulds.
All rollers are custom-made to meet specific forming needs, using high-grade steel (GCr15 for ordinary steel, Cr12 or Cr12MoV for stainless/hard pipes).
Shafts are constructed from 40Cr steel for long service life.
The machine supports a wide range of pipe sizes, thicknesses, and materials: ordinary steel, stainless steel, mild steel, seamless, oilfield, and copper pipes.
Offers quick changeover for multiple designs and future expansion via new moulds.
